Shipping took entirely to long. When I received my item it only came in the shipment bag. It shouldāve been placed in a separate bag. The sweatshirt also had loose thread and lint all over it. Overall I would say you guys can do a better job with presentation and packaging. Other than that I like the quality of the sweat shirt.

I still have not received this purchase and itās been 6 weeks. Iāve continued to follow up and the customer service person keeps giving me a tracking number of an item that says ālabel printed 4/30ā and nothing changes..

The material is of great quality. The sizing just seems a bit off to me. I ordered a Med which is my normal size and it was a tad too big, specifically in the arms and stomach area. It was kind of more baggy than I'd like. Exchanged for a small and its fitting FITTING for sure. I think I need a s/m for a just right fit. But the customer service I must say is a 10!!

I initially received a small, but I wanted an Xl. You guys were great about exchanging it. A+ in that category of customer service. So based off the cut and sizing small I asked for an exchange to receive as XXL. However, the XXL isnāt cut like the small at all. Also, I only asked for a XXL because you all sent out emails saying that it was cut slim and recommended that you order a size larger. If the XXL had been the same brand or cut sweatsuit as the small I would have been extremely happy.
