Central State University. Central State is a public university located in Wilberforce, Ohio in the Dayton Area. As a historically black college, Central State has a strong history of and commitment to the education of black Americans.

We wanted to create sweatshirts worthy of our proud institutions. Something better than the low-quality sweatshirts we’d grown accustomed to wearing. To create it we focused on three key ingredients:
